Donation Refund Policy
As digital payments become more prevalent, Build India Greater Foundation is instituting a donation refund policy to ensure the fair and transparent processing of donation refund requests. We anticipate that all donors will exercise care and diligence when making donations, but we also acknowledge that donors may make mistakes or change their minds.
Build India Greater Foundation will review each donation refund request and make every effort to grant the refund. In addition, we may request additional information/documents, and donors must cooperate in this regard.
However, Build India Greater Foundation is not required to issue refunds and may, at its discretion, deny requests for refunds of donations, primarily when a tax exemption certificate has been issued.
