We provide cutting-edge solutions in training, coaching, and knowledge requirements with cross-sectoral knowledge and team structure. Our service motive makes our creative thinking and product outcomes in training and professional services down-to-earth, accessible and affordable to anybody or any organisation.

Social Development:

During the pandemic’s peak, we supported schools with the supply of sanitiser dispensers and protective equipment to comply with the pandemic protocol. At the same time, differently-abled children were facing adjustment issues due to their inability to go to school. Combined with this, financial constraints were holding back their parents to provide even basic amenities in special schools. This included provisions for physiotherapy, exercise, different game therapy equipment, and so. We identified the neediest and supplied weight cuffs, exercise items, and craft items to the special schools on time.

Radical Mentor:

The team of Radical Mentor includes well-experienced corporate trainers, HRD trainers, Mind Trainers, success coaches, public speakers, counselling psychologists, consulting psychologists, motivational speakers, career consultants, industry experts, and social workers. We offer Career Assessment, Career Counselling, Training on various topics and consultancy services to the needy segments of society.

NGO Empowerment:

We help non-profits and voluntary organizations that work for nation-building achieve their vision and mission more effectively and efficiently. We provide a full-service approach to formation, implementation, training, and development. We provide supportive services and training related to the formation, compliance and office functioning of NGOs.

Learn to learn training for Orphanage children:

We focus on the holistic development of children under institutional care. We offer care, empathetic understanding and a handful of academic and personal inputs, as delivered by our skilled Trainers under comprehensive monitoring. A little bit of support in the hour of need is the best virtue that can bootstrap the maximum number of children under institutional care in confidence the entire way ahead. A massive and unattended gap exists in the lives and careers of the unlucky majority. We have a structured training program as delivered by educated youth trained by us as Trainers for the orphanage children. This pattern has a tri-fold benefit for the children, youth and the institutions/society.

We provide our services free of cost to needy communities and raise funds to meet their expenses from the general population. We have ongoing fundraising campaigns seeking funds for our ongoing projects from time to time. Though this may vary according to the project, our primary focus areas are the four specified above and fundraising campaigns will be related to any of the above-stated areas of intervention.

We can provide tax exemption receipts for Indian donors for their donations within India u/s80G of Income Tax Act/India and funds we receive are exempted from tax u/s12AB of Income Tax Act/India.
