We have built it from scratch, driven by passion through hard work. We like to see equal minded persons onboard. Your learning stream or school reputation doesn't matter or make any difference. How much you can learn and bring into practice will be assessed, monitored and rewarded throughout your term with us.
All start as level-1 trainers and move ahead, learning together. There is no shortcut to landing directly in a top position with us. If you have sector-specific training exposure and are good at it, you may start as a level-2 trainer or master trainer. However, you always start working with our end service users to have the real-life experience of what we stand for and how we build upon our team's strengths.
