Dr. Arundev P R upholds the vision of uplifting and helping people by enhancing their potential and widening their opportunities. He has over ten years of experience in professional training, mentoring, and counseling. He is a Management Consultant and Human Resource Development Trainer. With his extensive experience as a civil service trainer, he has helped mold aspiring civil servants. Dr. Arundev holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Management from Mahatma Gandhi University, a Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) with a focus on Human Resource Management (MHRM) and Commerce (M Com), and a graduate Diploma in Education Administration and Supervision (PGDEAS). He is the Chief Mentor of Radical Mentor Trainings, the Training wing of BIG Foundation.
